Personal data processed
- Identity and contact data: full name, email address, phone number.
- Content of your request: the message text you submit through the contact form or email.
- Transaction security data: IP address, submission date and time, browser information.
Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your request and getting back to you.
- Establishing and conducting the legal advisory relationship.
- Conducting a conflict-of-interest check.
- Maintaining site security and preventing misuse.
- Fulfilling retention and disclosure obligations arising from legislation.
Legal basis
Your data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), necessary for the establishment or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e), and the data controller's legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f); where none of these grounds apply, it is processed based on your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions for the fulfillment of legal obligations, and to hosting and email infrastructure service providers, strictly for the purpose intended and with the necessary technical and administrative measures in place. Transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Retention period
Requests that don't result in an advisory engagement are retained for a maximum of 1 year; where an engagement is established, data is retained for the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation (as a rule, 10 years for attorney files). At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction; object to the consequences of processing; and claim compensation for any resulting damage.
