A clear process in three steps
Uncertainty is the most exhausting part of any legal process. That's why we put scope, timeline and fee in writing for every engagement, from the start.
Initial consultation
We listen to your matter, review the documents, and clarify whether there's a legal issue. Meetings can take place in person, by phone, or online.
Assessment and proposal
We set out risks, likely outcomes and alternative paths in writing. Scope, timeline and fee are all in the same document.
Execution and follow-up
We run the process and provide regular updates at every stage. At the end of the matter we share a closing note summarizing any remaining steps.

Av. Senem Berkem Paflak
Senem Berkem Paflak, who holds an LL.M. in commercial and corporate law, advises corporate clients on company structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and energy and healthcare projects.
Her approach in practice is simple: translate legal text into language the client understands, and present every recommendation alongside its commercial consequence. Meetings are conducted in Turkish and English.

Where is the office located?
The office is at Kültür Mahallesi, Nisbetiye Caddesi, Akmerkez B3 Kule, No: 56/15, Etiler, Beşiktaş / İstanbul (34337). It's inside Akmerkez B3 Tower, within walking distance of the metrobus and the Etiler car park connection.
How does the first meeting work — do I have to come in person?
No. The first meeting can take place at the office, by phone, or via video call online. For clients based abroad, the entire process can be handled remotely; matters requiring a signature are completed with an apostilled power of attorney.
Is service available in English?
Yes. Contracts, reports and correspondence can be conducted in both Turkish and English. Reports prepared for foreign investors are, as standard, written in English.
What documents should I bring to the first meeting?
Relevant contracts, correspondence, formal notices, any court or agency letters, and your company's trade registry gazette and signature circular will speed things up. The meeting can still happen without them — a list of what's needed is drawn up during the conversation.
